We were recently recognized as the number ONE Realtors for Lyon Real Estate in the El Dorado Hills. This achievement is based on sales volume and hard work. We work together and have over 30 years combined experience in the real estate business. We specialize in properties from Davis to Placerville, including El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Folsom, Roseville and other communities. We attribute much of our success to our follow through, communication and extensive knowledge of the areas we work. Our marketing techniques to individuals who are ready to buy a home or to list their homes is superior. A good part of our business comes from referrals based on the relationships we have created over the years. We strive to create a stress free transaction for everyone.
Peggie Ryan-Lanigan has been in the El Dorado County area for close to 30 years. Peggie is a life member of the El Dorado County Top Achievers Club and is on the Lyon Real Estate Board of Governors for exemplary service. Peggie and Gordon were recognized as the Top sales agents in the Lyon El Dorado Hills office for 2007. Peggie served as President of the El Dorado Hills Chamber of Commerce and is a member.
Gordon Lanigan has been in Real Estate for the past 16 years. He began his career in the Lyon Real Estate office in Davis. He served on the Board of Directors for Yolo County Board of Realtors.
